The epitome of modern design this Cabbagetown Coach House makes the most of the small amount of space by taking a minimalist approach to maximize all the functions of daily living.

The 2,500 sq. ft. home is a marvel of contemporary living. A two- storey atrium space of the dining room opens up the house and allows for a spacious kitchen. A room that is to be well-used by the owners, details include an “appliance garage” and stainless steel counters with a built-in chopping block.

An outdoor courtyard is accessed through bi-fold doors off the living area and also from the private master bath bringing the outside space in as part of the interior. A bridge from the master bedroom also allows access to the outdoor space at the second level.
